Authentic and Undiscovered Zhushan Village: A Primitive Mountain Village Amidst Nature's Beauty
Deep in the mountains near Xuychang, there's a hidden and excellent small village that I wouldn't have noticed if it weren't for someone mentioning it; I would have missed it completely driving from the highway. This small mountain village is called Zhushan Village.
Zhushan Village is located in the Jiatan Township, on the banks of the Wuoxi River. The name 'Zhushan' comes from the fact that the village is located at the foot of a solitary small hill.

If you don't look closely, you might not be able to spot the village at a glance.

The village is particularly quiet at the foot of the hill, although it is quite rustic, it has all the necessary facilities and well-protected.

Quiet paths stretch out into the distance,

A memorial hall is set up among the rustic buildings, better showcasing the lives of the local people,

Local homes,

There aren't many young people here, but the elderly residents are leisurely walking and living here,

The most impressive street is the one in front of the village, which is still largely preserved in its original form, and is known as the 'Ming Dynasty Street',

The street is paved with pebbles, and features traditional Ming and Qing Dynasty buildings with upturned eaves and decorative corner pieces,

Most of the buildings are low and flat-roofed,

At the end of the village is the village gate.
