Qingming is a traditional major spring festival for ancestor worship, involving visiting tombs to pay respects to ancestors and reflect on their lives. This is a cherished tradition of the Chinese people over thousands of years, not only promoting filial piety and family relationships but also strengthening family and national cohesion and identity. Qingming Festival integrates natural seasonal changes with human customs, representing a harmonious combination of 'Heaven, Earth, and Humanity.' On Qingming Festival (April 5th) at 14:00, the Peach Blossom Source Scenic Area will hold a grand 'Qingming Ancestral Worship Ceremony' in the Shan Shi Hui Guan (Shaanxi Merchant Guild Hall) to promote 'The Root of Chinese Civilization and the Source of Culture,' promote the spirit of the Chinese nation, advocate for ancestor worship and filial piety, enhance ideological cohesion, and directly recreate ancient Chinese ancestral rituals, showcasing the scenic area's ancient buildings and its preservation of traditional culture.
