Passing Through Fosha Ancient Town
The Fosha Ancient Town is considered one of the more well-known and well-preserved ancient towns in Sichuan. Last year, I passed by Fosha for lunch and wandered around for over two hours, it was a bit of a rushed visit.
It's best to spend a night at the ancient town to capture the morning and evening scenes, otherwise, in rainy weather it works too. The weather was a little too hot this time.
There have been many movies filmed here in the past.
The ancient town is full of locals, which is the soul of the ancient town and old streets. They have lived here for generations, passing down their ancestral homes, and the neighbors live in harmony, sitting across the street for lunch, chatting about yesterday's evening TV shows or the news they saw when shopping on the street.
Seeing the elderly woman's back, walking slowly with her silver hair, I felt that time was superfluous, everyone here slowly gets old.
There is a scenic viewing platform outside the town, which can be used to take a panoramic view of the ancient town.
Not many tourists, the elderly are gathered together, basking in the sun and chatting.
Cats and dogs look listless as they wander around the stone roads.
