China Flower & Garden News – Reporter Bai Bin Reporting: Currently, it's the prime blooming season for plum blossoms at Xueshan Plum Garden in Yishui County, Shandong Province. The various colored plum blossoms are in full bloom, creating a colorful and vibrant scene under the clear blue sky. The whites resemble snow, and the pinks are like clouds, presenting a picturesque spring landscape at the Mei Yuan. Wandering through it, every plum blossom exudes a fragrant and flamboyant aroma, like a poem and a painting, enchanting visitors and making them want to linger and never leave.

According to Xueshan Plum Garden owner Wang Chunting, the plum garden covers an area of over 50 acres. The garden cultivates more than 70 varieties of plum blossoms, including green plum, white plum, pink plum, red plum, and jumping-branch plum, as well as more than 2,000 plum trees and over 2000 holly trees, with rare varieties such as Hongxu Zhijiu, Taige Green Earp, and Guifei Taige being in bloom for 35-40 days. It's also complemented by pine, willow, and other ornamental plants. Additionally, there are various pavilions and flowerbeds in a southern garden style, as well as streams and waterways, making it a famous plum-viewing destination and a plum culture research center with a prominent plum culture and plum stone carving art, exhibiting the style of a Jiangnan garden.
