Traffic Control Announcement During the 29th Heyang International Peony Culture Tourism Festival
The 29th Heyang International Peony Culture Tourism Festival is about to open, in order to create a safe and smooth road traffic environment, traffic control will be implemented on roads surrounding the peony garden during the festival. The following details are announced:
I. Traffic Control Time
April 10, 2020, 11, 12, 18, 19, 25, 26, May 1, 7:00 to 17:00.
II. Traffic Control Objects
All vehicles except for emergency vehicles such as ambulances, fire trucks, engineering rescue vehicles, and police vehicles carrying out missions, as well as buses.
III. Traffic Control Roads
1. Garden Road (from Changcheng Road to North Outer Ring Road) and North Outer Ring Road (from Renmin Road to GuiLing Road) will be closed and used as temporary parking lots.
2. Vehicles are prohibited from entering Renmin Road from the intersection with North Outer Ring Road heading south; tourist vehicles will be parked in an orderly manner at the temporary parking lot on North Outer Ring Road (from Renmin Road to GuiLing Road).
3. Vehicles with 'Ru' license plates are prohibited from driving on Renmin Road (from Shuanghe LiJiaoBridge to North Outer Ring Road); please use Huanghe Road and North Outer Ring Road to detour.
4. Medium and large trucks and hazardous goods transport vehicles are prohibited from exiting the (Heze Toll Station) on the JiDong Highway.
5. During the period from 7:00 to 20:00, vehicles with 'Ru' license plates are prohibited from parking on Renmin Road (from Shuanghe LiJiaoBridge to North Outer Ring Road), Tianxiang Road (from University Road to CaoZhou Peony Garden South Gate), Songhua Jiang Road (from Renmin Road to GuiLing Road), and Changcheng Road (from XinPeony Road to Renmin Road).
The traffic police department will adjust the traffic control time and control area according to the traffic flow during the Heyang International Peony Culture Tourism Festival; please follow traffic signs and traffic police commands.
