Famous Mountains of Guangdong: Baipantai Mountain (Eight Rows Mountain), a Place Where Vast Grasslands Inspire Longing
Baipantai Mountain is located at the junction of Luoding City's Chuanbu Town, XinYi City's Sihua Town, and Yangchun City's HeLang. It is the southernmost mountain in Luoding City. The altitude is 1080.5 meters, and it is the 5th highest peak in Luoding.
Baipantai Mountain consists of eight unique mountain ranges, hence its name 'Eight Rows Mountain'. There is a local resident who calls it 'Heaven's Peak', a natural large garden with rolling grasslands, and endless mountain ranges visible in the distance.
Due to its lack of development, it retains beautiful natural scenery and livestock raised by villagers. During the slack farming season, livestock roam freely in small groups, grazing and eating grass.
