Recently, the Ankang City Star Hotel Rating Committee issued a notice stating that seven star-rated hotels in the Hanbin District of Ankang, including the Tax Revenue Hotel and the Longxing Hotel in Pili County, were centralized by Ankang City and their star ratings were canceled due to not meeting star standards or failing to operate for three consecutive years.
The Ankang City Star Hotel Rating and Verification Announcement states that these seven hotels were subject to star rating cancellation during the verification period from October 14 to November 30, 2019.
The Ankang City Star Hotel Rating Committee stated that this is to further strengthen the standardization management of star hotels in Ankang City, maintain the authority of star standards, and promote the comprehensive improvement of service levels and operational quality of star hotels.
The seven hotels that were stripped of their star services include: Jiangcheng Hotel in Jiang County, Lan Gao Hotel in Lan Gao County, Tax Revenue Hotel in Hanbin District, Tianchi Business Hotel in Hanbin District, Han Yin Hotel in Han Yin County, Jin Century Hotel in Xinyang County, and Longxing Hotel in Pili County.
