Nanxi Water Town Pastoral Project
The Puning City Nanxi Water Town Project•Nanxi Water Town Pastoral Project is developed and constructed by Puning City Ji Zhi Lu You Tourism Resource Development Co., Ltd. with a total investment of 110,526,700 yuan.
The project is located in Puning City Nanxi Town, Nanxi Village, Baxi Village, Baoya Village and Xinxi Village. The total land area is 543,200 square meters, the total construction area is 103,414.5 square meters, the building area occupies 68,943 square meters. The main construction includes entrance plaza, tent accommodation, boat house homestay, rice field homestay, traditional homestay, agricultural research experiment base, agricultural product processing area, pastoral viewing experience area, visitor center, parking lot, office building and related supporting facilities.
Baiquan Lake Sports Project
The Puning City Nanxi Water Town Project•Baiquan Lake Sports Project is developed and constructed by Puning City Ji Zhi Lu You Tourism Resource Development Co., Ltd. with a total investment of 120,044,700 yuan.
The project is located in Puning City Nanxi Town, Zhongtang Village. The total land area is 412,320 square meters, the total construction area is 104,904 square meters, the building area occupies 69,936 square meters. The main construction includes entrance plaza, visitor center, parking lot, office building, creative innovation park and related supporting facilities.
Hongxing Riverbank Ecological Tourism Project
The Puning City (Nanxi) Hongxing Riverbank Ecological Leisure Tourism Project is developed and constructed by Jiangyin Hongxing Investment Group Co., Ltd. with a total investment of 300,000 yuan.
The project is located in Puning City Nanxi Town, Northeast of the Nine Tail New Lock to Three Fish Big Dam, The project will build a 20,000 square meter (Academician Workstation Park), a 12,000 square meter yacht entertainment area, a 10,000 square meter yacht club, a 28,000 square meter leisure resort, a 5,000 square meter water paradise, a 5,000 square meter Green World, a 5,000 square meter performance zone and a 5,000 square meter wetland leisure zone.
Puning Fuzhou Agricultural Ecological Garden Project
The Puning Fuzhou Agricultural Ecological Garden Project is developed and constructed by Jiangyin Fuzhou Agricultural Ecological Garden Co., Ltd. with a total investment of 10,000,000 yuan.
The project is located in Puning City Nanxi Town, Three Fu Village, Three Fish Bridge East of Three Fish Big Dam, The project's scale and content include an office building area of 550 square meters, a flower cultivation base occupying 30 acres, a water paradise occupying 15 acres, a greenhouse and large tent occupying 100 acres, a garden landscape occupying 60 acres, a specialty crop occupying 25 acres, a pond aquaculture occupying 20 acres and related supporting facilities.
