Fully Cultivate New Health and Wellness Tourism Business Models; Wanfu Mountain and Over 10 Scenic Areas Optimized and Upgraded!
A new aviation camping base has been launched for construction at Wanfu Mountain, with an altitude of over 1200 meters.
Workers are constructing the aviation camping base, building pedestrian paths, and improving landscaping. The scene is busy and orderly, with all work progressing smoothly, injecting new vitality into health and wellness tourism development.
This newly built base, themed around general aviation, integrates aviation science popularization education, leisure, camping, catering, and low-altitude helicopter flights. The project is being built urgently and is expected to be officially completed and open to the public in July.
The Wanfu Mountain scenic area in Zhuchang County was officially designated as a national 4A-level tourist scenic area on March 18th. It is a historical and cultural scenic area mainly built by Qin Liangyu's Ming Dynasty defensive fortifications, with jagged peaks and steep terrain, boasting unique natural beauty and profound humanistic heritage, making it a great place for leisure tourism.
This year, the scenic area will also build a new cableway from the San Die Expressway service area directly to the scenic area, creating a Qin Liangyu expansion camping experience project, further enhancing the scenic area's comprehensive service capabilities. Just like Wanfu Mountain, currently there are more than 10 scenic areas in Zhuchang County undergoing optimization and upgrades, which will bring visitors a safe, comfortable, and satisfying tourism environment.
In recent years, Zhuchang County has focused on the development themes of 'transformation and health tourism, green rise' and 'Rustic Tujia·Health Tourism Zhuchang' brand image positioning, adhering to the ecological priority and green development path, concentrating its forces to develop high-quality tourism products, and, around building a nationally renowned health and wellness leisure ecological tourism destination, actively exploring the integration development of cultural tourism, rural tourism, business travel, urban tourism, and sports tourism, driving the transformation and upgrading of Zhuchang's health and wellness tourism industry.
