Knowing others, not judging them, is the way to be a truly outstanding person!

To be human, don't be overly verbose;
Thirty years of east, thirty years of west,
One should know when to act and when to restrain oneself,
Flowers don't bloom for a hundred days, people don't live forever in poverty,
Words should be tempered with three parts softness, people should have a few measures of kindness,
Speak of what you have accomplished, do what you have said,
Knowing when to restrain oneself is the greatest wisdom!
When dealing with others,

appreciate others, be tolerant and generous,
Make good connections, and life will be smoother,
Don't let a small matter make you forget others' kindness,
Don't let a minor mistake make you forget to be tolerant,
Perfection is not inherent in people, but a mere ideal,
People are not inherently great, but grow through experience,
Don't gossip about others behind their backs,
Don't pry into others' private affairs,
Give others space, and leave yourself room to maneuver.
There is great wisdom in seeming foolish,

Knowing people is a perspective,
Judging people is superfluous,
Knowing a person's flaws is easy; recognizing a person's temper is harder,
It's better to do than to know,
Knowing is easy, doing is difficult,
Knowing people is the way to be a good person in the world,
Words should be tempered with three parts softness, tea is full in seven parts,
Wisdom resides in the palm of your hand!
