Good Feelings Come From Sleeping
A human's life is one-third of the time spent sleeping.
For individuals, sleep is the best time for body nourishment, and sleep quality directly affects a person's spirit and efficiency.
And for love, the hazy movements during sleep can reflect emotions that are not directly expressed.
Therefore, one can better discern the good or bad of a relationship through sleep.
1. Couples sleeping back to back indicate a growing distance.
Starting unknown, once sweetly in love people gradually become distant and unfamiliar.
From the initial closeness, to now lying on either side of the bed, back to back, each sleeps alone, without emotional fluctuations, nor physical intimacy.
Even if still lying in the same bed, they would far avoid each other's bodies.
As someone said, 'the distance on the bed is the distance of the heart.'
Couples sleeping back to back choose a distance of the heart, even if some lingering feelings remain, the relationship is precarious.
2. Couples sleeping in separate beds signify the demise of a relationship.
Some couples seem to show respect for each other, but in reality, they use the excuse of 'more personal space' to mask a barren emotion.
In the TV series 'We Should Be Good,' Liu Tao's female lead, who is married to a successful and handsome, wealthy husband, seems happy and cheerful.
However, her husband is away for 360 days out of 365, never sleeping with her in the same bed, and when they are together, they can't even share a bed.
The female lead takes care of her children in this superficially beautiful relationship, tasting loneliness and unable to speak or understand.
No one wants their other half to sleep in separate beds, lingering in a relationship and having no thoughts.
Separate sleep divides not just the bed, but also the emotion.
The temperature on the bed is the temperature of the emotion.
A friend told me she has trouble sleeping, always running to the toilet, but no matter how much she twists and turns, her partner would always embrace her.
He would also kindly cover her with a blanket when she sleeps, giving her a sense of security.
Good relationships are like this, warmed up through daily life. After the passion fades, they can still maintain the original warmth.
As the American drama 'Sex and the City' says:
How we show ourselves in bed reflects how we live.
Indeed, the way two people's feelings are, can be seen from sleeping.
A bed is not big, but it carries two people's affection. Long nights and sleepless nights, cuddling together is the warmest sleep.
Good relationships are indeed born from sleep.
