The greater our compassion, the lighter our worries; the smaller our compassion, the heavier our worries.

The world is still the world, life is still life, year after year, days pass by in a rush. But our mood cannot change, amidst the ups and downs of life, the blessings, care, and love we hold for humanity remain unchanged. When our inner kindness still shines with a captivating radiance, our faces still beam with a sunny smile. Looking back, the world isn't always as it seems; humanity remains fundamentally human, warm and beautiful.

No matter what choices we make in life, we should never choose to go against our hearts. Some things are simply uncatchable, so we should let them become cherished memories; some paths cannot be retraced, so we should let them remain as breathtaking scenery. Despite the harsh realities of the world, we must stubbornly believe that as long as we persevere, all shadows will dissipate in the wind.

The size of our hearts determines our joys and sorrows. A larger heart brings fewer worries, while a smaller one amplifies them. People with small hearts can't tolerate or handle them; they can't accommodate a grand perspective. A heart is like a container that can expand or contract. When we're solely focused on our own desires, it shrinks; when we consider others, it expands. Even a single thought can alter our perspective, allowing us to see the universe or merely a grain of sand.
