Simple Life is Charming, Simple Hearts are Happy

When faced with despair, you can abandon trust in others, abandon the judgment of the outside world, and abandon expectations of outcomes. The only thing you should never abandon is inner peace. Only by returning to tranquility, accepting solitude, and not fearing boredom, can you rediscover the sound of your own heartbeat. No matter where you are in the future, whether in chaos or lost, maintaining a state of calm and serenity is the greatest weapon to break through any predicament.

Reading is about seeing the world; brewing tea is about tasting life; pouring wine is about savoring hardship; life is like a one-way ticket with no rehearsal. Grasping each performance is the best form of appreciation. Reflecting on the little things in life, sunsets are not the fault of time, and windstorms are not the fault of trees. As long as you have loved, waited, and given, the laughter in heaven is not a legend.
Pain is the enlightenment that comes with breaking through the cocoon. Life is simple and charming, and hearts are simple and happy; happiness is actually very simple. The future I want has a house to live in, doesn't have to be big, and ideally, the outside view has sunlight; yogurt for breakfast and dinner, and you can eat an apple every day; a pot to cook soup, and you can occasionally go to the park; once a year, you can spend time with your parents. As long as you have work, books, a single-lens camera, music, and so on, you will be happy. The only thing you should never abandon is inner peace. Only by returning to tranquility, accepting solitude, and not fearing boredom, can you rediscover the sound of your own heartbeat.

Everyone at least has a dream and a reason to be strong. Walking on the road is light or heavy, it depends on the heart's understanding. The circumstances of a lifetime are bitter or sweet, cold or warm, and the footsteps know. In the quiet of the night, we arrange our wounded hearts, which contain struggle and longing. In the morning, the sun rises again, and the road continues. No matter when, no matter how tired, we dare not lose, dare not fall, because there is still a desire in our hearts.
