Modern Short Poems | Spring Breeze

A wisp of spring breeze
You come from Jiangnan
Warmly arriving along the way
You ran to the frontier of the Great Northern Wilderness

You blew the snow of the north away
You made the rivers and mountains green
The grasses hummed and sang softly
The willows swayed gracefully

You passed through orchards laden with apricot blossoms, white as snow
You awakened the dreams of peach blossoms
You spread out a painting of spring
