No matter what is lost, don't lose your good mood

Often, when we say we've let go, we haven't truly let go. We're just pretending to be happy, quietly stroking our wounds in a lonely corner. We cling to things, and we are deceived by them. We cling to people, and we are often hurt by them. Therefore, we must learn to let go, to take a lighter view of everything, without worry, without counting, black and white is irrelevant. Regardless of what we lose, we shouldn't lose our good mood.

Let the past drift away with the wind. Stand tall and walk forward. Life is like a labyrinth; in the first half, we search for the entrance, and in the second half, we search for the exit. Life is like the sun; in the first half, it's like a sunrise in the east, rising brightly with radiant light, and in the second half, it's like the sunset in the west, gradually falling and fading into dim light.

When my psychology is extremely unbalanced, the way I cope is to let go. This means I don't need to care about anything. And actually, I once abandoned my career, and later realized that only by letting go can I have the energy to pick it up again. I never seek balance because balance will only exhaust myself, and it's a form of evasion.
The most attractive thing in love is not arguing or cold war, but pretending to like someone while still acting like you don't care. Don't be too harsh on the people who love you; actually, you won't meet many truly good people for you in your lifetime, everyone has a temper, and you forgive them all their anger simply because they care about you more.
