The way gives birth to one, one gives birth to two, two gives birth to three, three gives birth to all things. Dao follows nature, which explains non-action and governance. Non-action and governance is essentially a practice. To perceive the essence of life, the universe is a practice.
All things have life, including the universe, including the Great Dao, including all beings and phenomena.
And these lives have beginnings and ends, small and large, finite and infinite, narrow and wide, deep and shallow, coming and going.
People are the same.
To perceive the essence of life, life is a practice.

I. The Practice of Nurturing the Seed
From the beginning, human nature is inherently good.
At the beginning of man, nature is inherently good. Similar nature, similar habits. Because of different living habits, different environments, and different education, people's personalities become increasingly distinct. If you don't educate them well, their good nature will become bad. To sustain improvement, focusing on education is the most effective method.
Therefore, the education of goodness is a life practice. However, if you don't accept education, rebellion is not righteous, and continuing to act evil is an evil practice.
II. The Practice of Self-Improvement: Strive to be Good
As time goes on, age increases. With age, more and more experiences and people come into our lives. When we encounter disagreements and conflicts with others, contradictions arise. For people who are not well-practiced, they will attack each other, and the best practice is to keep moving forward and cherish it.
Life is difficult. Cherish each other. When you encounter different opinions, listen more and speak less, choose the best, is there any objection?
Life doesn't need to be too assertive, nor does it need to be too weak. These two are not regular practices. Instead, try to be internally principled and have opinions, but communicate harmoniously, without being assertive. This is the right way to practice.

IV. Stages of Practice: At Fifty, Know Your Destiny
Thirty is established, forty is not confused, fifty knows your destiny.
These three age stages are life's milestones. You can briefly pause and review and summarize. Correct mistakes, make up for shortcomings, and continue the good.
And fifty knowing your destiny is the human life's enlightenment height.
People who live with heart and practice with heart have high enlightenment. They will understand the destiny of their lives.
At fifty years old, having experienced so much, one should have a deep understanding of oneself. The future is good or bad, prosperous or lonely, peaceful or plain, one should have a clear understanding.
V. Continuous Practice: Learn Until You Die
Our predecessors encourage us to learn until we die. This is essentially encouraging us to continue practicing. Life's practice has no end, and it cannot be slack.
Wan Hongyun Conclusion:
When we look back on our lives, even if we are not enlightened, we will find that we have experienced a practice. We all devote our greatest energy to practice towards a happy life. But some people think that in the end, they have not obtained happiness. That's because the practice foundation is not enough, and their understanding of life is not thorough.

Think of a fisherman's story.
A fisherman was lying on the beach, gazing at the blue sky.
A wealthy man came over and asked him, 'Why don't you go fishing?'The fisherman asked, 'What good is fishing?'
The wealthy man replied, 'You can earn a lot of money, buy a beautiful house by the sea, and lie on the beach, gazing at the blue sky and enjoying the sea breeze.'
The fisherman retorted, 'Aren't I lying on a soft beach, gazing at a beautiful blue sky, and enjoying all this?' (Image from Toutiao platform free original images)
