Life is Full of Troubles, But True Liberation Comes at Release
Tell yourself: This is my last life, I will forever depart this illusory world.
There's nothing worth dwelling on for a long time, even if there are occasional grudges and complaints,
but I will quickly remind myself to maintain mindfulness and awareness.
May you, be well in this life, may you, be happy in this life.

All those desires beyond your 'perception' are just delusions,
they are not your 'destined' fate; either they are traps or fleeting.

Sometimes, people are like a pot of water being boiled – over time, it becomes boiling water;
if the time is short, the heat is insufficient; it's not warm water, nor is it hot water,
it cannot be used for drinking and is of no use; it's much more refreshing and simple to drink cold water.

Middle age is about cultivation and grace, being generous and tolerant, self-discipline and accommodating others, embracing all things, and being unconcerned;
Middle age is about temperament, elegant and graceful, carefree and unconstrained, with a profound sense of optimism,
with a sense of serenity, expressing oneself with restraint, and embodying composure amidst boldness.
Although there are no minefields or gunfire, the harsh realities of society and deadly threats are plentiful. Cherish life and health, learn self-care, and prioritize safety in all things. It's not easy to live happily under immense pressure. It's okay to be unhappy for a day, why not be happy for a day? Happiness and well-being are both feelings; the key is to adjust your mindset!

Proud people will step back proactively, not because they are understanding, not because they love deeply, but because they fear witnessing themselves becoming discarded options. Letting go is another kind of obsession—a stubborn adherence to dignity. You are not faint of heart, you simply refuse to get involved.
