Weight Loss: This Tofu Method is Surprisingly Delicious

I've never operated with mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms and tofu like this before, it surprised me and I really liked it!
1. Diced tomatoes, shiitake mushrooms, mushrooms washed and sliced, tofu cut into small pieces, chopped green onions for garnish
2. Heat oil in a pan, add the white part of green onion and sauté until fragrant, then add tomatoes and stir-fry over high heat until a thick juice is formed
3. Add mushrooms and shiitake mushrooms to the pot, add a little salt and stir-fry, add a little water and stir-fry for two times, add tofu, add a little soy sauce and gently stir, add water covered over tofu, cook on high heat for 10 minutes
4. Use cornstarch to thicken, then beat an egg, stir twice, perfect, take out
5. Sprinkle chopped green onions
