With your knees open and hips-width apart, kneel on the mat, with your feet pressing against the mat, lean forward and down, extending your arms forward, try to bring your chest close to the mat, resting your forehead on the mat, take 4-8 deep, slow breaths, practice 3-5 sets
▲ Cat Stretch Twist
