Teach You to Make Delicious and Chewy Sea Salt Caramel Taffy – Better Than Store-Bought
My family loves taffy, so I occasionally make some for them to enjoy. Unlike the ones sold outside, I add almonds to provide more nutrition. In fact, making taffy isn't difficult, similar to making snow skin pie, but the texture is completely different. Taffy has a rich milk flavor, soft and chewy. Why not try it? You can replace almonds with other nuts if you want!

Ingredients: Heavy cream 80g, sea salt 2g, corn syrup 45g, unsalted butter 60g, white granulated sugar 150g, whole milk powder 45g, almonds 150g
Instructions:
1Pour all ingredients except the almonds into a pot.

2Heat over medium heat until it boils, then reduce the heat to low and stir as you cook. (Note: Don't over stir, just make sure it doesn't stick to the bottom.)

3Turn off the heat when the syrup is a dark color (use a thermometer to test the temperature). Add the almonds and mix quickly.
4Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, pour in the sugar after stirring, and quickly shape it into a flat shape (use a scraper).

5Let it cool before cutting it into your desired size.
