One oven helps you!

According to your taste, mix spices such as garlic powder, onion powder, bell pepper, pepper, etc. with flour

Then add chicken wings and mix thoroughly, take out the chicken wings and shake off excess flour

Chicken wings coated with flour need to pass through water before the second layer, this makes the chicken wings crispier, let's quietly tell you that KFC also does it!

Place the flour-coated chicken wings on a rack, sprinkle a little water, and then put them in the oven to bake for half an hour

If you don't have an oven, don't worry, a microwave can easily make chicken wings!

Wash and cut the chicken wings into flower cuts and place them in a bowl

Add ginger paste, garlic paste, a little salt, black pepper, a large spoonful of sugar, appropriate amount of chili powder, soy sauce and liquor, mix thoroughly and marinate for 1 hour

Coat the marinated chicken wings with flour, egg liquid and bread crumbs

Place the chicken wings on a plate and use chopsticks to prop them up and put them in the microwave, high heat for 4 minutes, and golden-brown chicken wings will be ready, isn't it super simple!

Black fungus steamed chicken wings are delicious, healthy and convenient
No oil, no laborious chopping of chicken, no smoke
The whole process is just mixing, put it on the pot and cook
Especially suitable for lazy people like me

Ingredients: whole chicken wings, black fungus, ginger paste, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, sugar, white pepper
Instructions:
1 Soak black fungus in cold water beforehand; divide the whole chicken wings into wing tips, wing middle and wing roots, and place them in a bowl, mix with ginger paste, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, sugar, white pepper for at least 1 hour;
2 Wash and drain the black fungus, sprinkle a little salt and stir with your hand (don't add too much, or you'll be helpless if it's too salty, because the juice from marinating the chicken has excess, and the steam will make the black fungus enter the flavor, so here adding a little salt is just adding a little bit); place them on the plate;
3 Place the marinated chicken wings on top of the black fungus, pour all the remaining marinating juice on the surface; boil water in a pot, after the water boils, put it on the pot and steam for about 15-20 minutes until the chicken wings are cooked through (you can eat this step directly if you mostly eat it yourself, but sometimes to make it look good, I'll do the following steps);
4 Pour the soup from the pot of steamed chicken into a small pot, boil it and stir in a little cornstarch to make a thin sauce, pour it on the chicken wings, sprinkle some chopped green onions to decorate.
