Navigating the Crowded Seas of Life: Enjoying Shellfish and Seafood at Home
Today is considered a holiday, let's indulge in some festive treats occasionally. Today, I bought fresh shrimp, clams, and scallops. My husband and children love fresh things, especially those prepared in their original juices and flavors. Of course, it's important to eat correctly and reasonably to avoid any trouble. Everyone knows what to eat and what not to.
Wash the shellfish thoroughly, removing any dirt. Rinse multiple times with water, then bring a pot of water to a boil. Put all the shellfish in the pot, and you'll see a burst of satisfaction.

Of course, they can also be cooked in other ways, such as shrimp with chives, garlic clams, scallop soup, and even grilled.
It’s best when steamed and dipped in ginger juice – that’s the most satisfying and fulfilling.
When steaming them, we prepare ginger juice. Cut ginger into fine strands and then into small pieces, adding it to a bowl with a little vinegar.
Fresh and plump, one bite at a time, savoring the flavor. Listen, spring is arriving! The sea and mountains, wind and moon… bad times will always pass. Warmth embraces everyone. Food shouldn't be wasted, cherish every day. Delicious, fatty shellfish and seafood, aren’t you moved?
