Ingredients: One block of tofu, a small handful of wood ear mushrooms.
Sauce: 1 tablespoon of tomato paste, 1 teaspoon of vinegar, 4 tablespoons of cornstarch slurry, 100ml of water, 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
Instructions: 1, Prepare the tofu, add water to the pot, add 1 spoonful of salt, remove the tofu, cut it in half, and put it in the pot to boil for 5 minutes.
2, Carefully remove the tofu, drain off the excess water, heat oil in the pot to 60% oil temperature, put the tofu in to fry, remember to flip it.
3, Remove the tofu with two golden sides, arrange it on a plate, cut off the root of the wood ear mushrooms, wash them clean.
4, Pour the wood ear mushrooms and sauce into the pot, simmer over low heat, stir with a spoon until bubbles appear.
5, Then, put the tofu into the pot and stir-fry for one minute, sprinkle with chopped green onions before serving.
