Method
1Boil water, when water is boiling, cut yellow squash and carrots into strands (glass noodles cut into strands, you can also buy pre-cut glass noodles).

2When water is boiling, put the glass noodles in, after boiling again, put in the carrot strands and cook for 10 seconds, then drain and set aside

3Homemade chili sauce: chop ingredients finely, drizzle with hot oil
