Faming Mountain Zisheng Township Spring Bamboo Shoots – A Local Delicacy Loved by Ningbo Residents
Ningbo's Faming Mountain, Zisheng Township, located in Zhangshui Town, Haixi District, takes at least 2 hours to drive from the city center. The environment on the mountain is very good, not only a negative ion accumulation area, but also known as 'Cherry Blossom Town'. More importantly, there is a unique feature: every April, villagers dry bamboo shoots in their homes, producing dried bamboo shoots and bamboo shoot floss, forming a unique local landscape.
