Recipe: 6-inch milk chocolate cake
Ingredients: 70g bitter chocolate cake powder, 3 eggs, 50ml milk, 50g white sugar, 100g chocolate (decoration), appropriate amount of colorful sugar.

8, Take an appropriate amount of egg whites and pour into the egg yolk batter, use the L-shaped method to stir the batter. Add no more egg whites each time, so as to stir evenly. Remember: the most important thing is not to stir in circles, which will destroy the foam and will not make the cake rise or the cake will not rise.
