You can make this dish with just potatoes; eating it three times a day isn't excessive

Peel and cut the potatoes into chunks, boil until cooked.

2 | Take a clean container, put the potatoes in, add 3g salt and mash and press into a paste.


3 | Prepare sweet potato starch. Our homemade sweet potato starch has a slightly coarse texture, so we can crush it first.


4 | Sift the sweet potato starch and add it, mix well, it should form a dough if it doesn't stick to your hands, you can continue to add a little more starch if necessary.


5 | Roll the potato dough into a ball.


6 | Cut the potato dough into strips, then cut into small portions.


7 | Put your hands together and form thumb-sized oval shapes, making them easier to mature.

8 | Put the formed balls into boiling water. At this time, adding too many will cause the water temperature to drop.


9 | Cover the lid and continue to boil. At this point, the potatoes will expand due to absorbing water.


10 | After cooking, the potato balls will have a fully matured starch, producing a translucent effect. This results in a very chewy texture. This semi-finished potato ball is ready! It can be refrigerated for a week!


11 | Add soy sauce and cooking wine and cold mix for eating while hot.
