Madeleine Sandwich, Golden Sand Flavor - You Deserve It

Super cute seashell-shaped bread, or would you like the golden sand flavor? It's perfect for someone who loves to eat!
Ingredients:
Bread body:
225g bread flour, 120g milk, 15g sugar, 4g salt, 2.5g yeast, 15g butter
Savory egg yolk filling:
40g butter, 10g milk cream, 20g sugar, 6 large savory egg yolks
Operation steps:

1. Place all bread ingredients except butter in a bread machine and knead until the dough reaches the expansion stage.

2. Add butter and continue to knead until fully expanded. Cover with plastic wrap and let it ferment for the first time in a warm place.

3. Steam and mash the savory egg yolks.
4. Soften the butter, mix it with powdered sugar, add the savory egg yolk crumbs and milk cream, and mix well. Refrigerate for later use.

5. After fermentation, divide the dough into 12 equal parts.

6. Divide the savory egg yolk filling into 12 equal parts as well. Take one piece of dough, flatten it with a rolling pin, enclose it with fillings, and shape it into a ball. Seal the seam and place it in a Madeleine mold.

7. Place it in the oven, put a cup of hot water in the oven, and let it ferment for the second time until it's twice its size.

8. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius, with top and bottom heat, bake for 18 minutes.
