More Nutritious Than Eggs, Beneficial for Intelligence: Blessing Eggs, Simple Recipe, Steamed for 10 Minutes and Ready to Serve!
My wife's dish is so beautiful and nutritious, the recipe is simple, and it's ready in 10 minutes!
Hello everyone, I am Nutritionist: One Leaf Cuisine. Today I'm sharing a dish calledBlessing Eggs. It's not only beautifully shaped but also nutritious, and the recipe is very simple, just 10 minutes of steaming to get it out of the pot. It's suitable for entertaining guests or eating at home, especially for families with children, don't miss it!

The main ingredients of this dish are lean meat, which is very nourishing and is known as ‘the ginseng of animals’. Its nutritional value is even higher than eggs. Three quail eggs can replace the nutrition of a regular egg, it’s a cheap and nourishing ingredient. Quail eggs are rich in iron, phosphorus, calcium, protein, brain phosphorus, lecithin, vitamin A, vitamin B and vitamin D, so they are also known as ‘pearls of eggs’. Women with anemia, insomnia, and poor complexion can eat more of it, and it also helps with children's brain development.
In addition to meat and quail eggs, I also use fresh shrimp, which is very beneficial for health and has high nutritional value. It is higher than fish, eggs and milk. The key is that shrimp has a very low fat content compared to fish, poultry and meat, so people who are worried about gaining weight and need to supplement high-quality protein can choose shrimp.
Every time my wife makes guests come home, she always makes thisBlessing Eggs. Steamed dishes save time and don’t cause fire. Most importantly, every time we bring it to the table, guests will think it’s very good! It’s a must-have for New Year and festivals, absolutely!

Blessing Eggs
Ingredients:
100g meat filling, 4-6 shrimp, 4-6 quail eggs, sweet peas as needed, salt to taste, sugar 2g, soy sauce as needed, a spoonful of, water 15g, cornstarch 5g, tomato paste as needed
Sweet peas are not necessary, it's up to personal preference, but my child likes to eat sweet peas, so I always add it when I make it, unless it's not available, then add some green onion or decorate with green vegetables.
Method:
1. Add salt, sugar, soy sauce and water starch (water starch: 15g water plus 5g cornstarch) to the minced meat, and stir in one direction until the water is completely absorbed, and the meat filling becomes firm and a little sticky.

2. Peel the shrimp, leave the tail, cut it in half and add salt and to marinate for a while.
3. Put the minced meat into a mold or small dish, use a spoon to spread the minced meat evenly in the middle and press a hole.

4. Put a shrimp in it, the shrimp tail is on top. Crack in a quail egg, although the quail egg is small, it's very nutritious, three equals one egg nutritious.

5. Finally, peel the sweet peas and put them on top, about five or six is enough.

6. Bring a pot of water to a boil, add it to the steamer, steam for 10 minutes and then squeeze some tomato paste or drizzle some soy sauce.
