Garlic Chive Onion Stir-Fried Squid Supplment

Ingredients: Garlic chives, onion, squid supplement, corn oil, ginger, spicy hot pot ingredients, Sichuan peppercorns, dried red chili, salt, light soy sauce, garlic.
Instructions:

Step 1, squid supplement appropriate amount.

Step 2, cut into three-finger segments, rinse with water.
Step 3, in a pot, add appropriate amount of water to boil, put squid supplement segments in to blanch and then remove.

Step 4, rinse with cold water, it will be chewy when stir-fried.

Step 5, chopped onions, garlic chives, chili peppers, ginger slices.

Step 6, heat appropriate amount of oil in a pot, stir-fry ginger, garlic, Sichuan peppercorns, dried red chili until fragrant.
Step 7, stir-fry appropriate amount of spicy hot pot base to make red oil.

Step 8, pour in squid supplement segments and stir-fry for a few times.

Step 9, add onions, garlic chives, chili peppers and stir-fry until slightly wilted.
