Cheesecake Liquid:
Cream cheese 120g
Thick yogurt 100g
Sugar 40g
Milk 25g
Gelatin sheets 2 sheets (10g)
Blueberry Sauce: Blueberries 40g
Thick yogurt 20g
Instructions:
1Place Oreo cookie crumbs in a zip-lock bag and crush, melt butter with hot water or microwave, pour into cookie crumbs and mix evenly, press into a 6-inch cake pan and freeze for 10 minutes or more

Melt butter with hot water or microwave
2Cream cheese + sugar, melt with hot water and beat until smooth
3Soak gelatin sheets in ice water, squeeze out excess water, add to milk and heat until dissolved
4Wash blueberries and add 20g yogurt, blend until smooth, and pour into the cheese mixture, then pour in milk mixture and stir until smooth
5Remove the cake mold, pour in the cheese and yogurt mixture, and refrigerate for 4 hours or more
6Use a hair dryer to blow around the edges or wrap the cake circle with a warm towel to demold
