Stay Home & Enjoy Fresh Vegetables: Garlic Green Beans - Crispy, Sweet & Refreshing
Staying home every day, enjoying food, drinks, entertainment, and sleep – eating is first! But for people like me, who can't move, what should I do? Let's add some vegetables! Today, let's make Garlic Green Beans. It's easy to make and tastes crispy, sweet, and refreshing. Vegetables can be delicious too!

Ingredients: Green beans, dried chili peppers, garlic; Seasonings: soy sauce, salt.

Boil a pot of water, while the water is heating up, pick out the green beans (remove both ends and the tough stems), and wash them. Once the water boils, add a little salt and oil to the pot, then pour in the prepared green beans and blanch them until they turn green, then drain and rinse with cold water.

Heat up a wok with oil, when the oil is hot, add garlic and dried chili peppers and stir-fry over low heat to bring out the aroma.

Add the blanched green beans to the wok and stir-fry over high or medium-high heat for a moment.
Finally, add an appropriate amount of soy sauce (suggested to use flavor essence), stir-fry until fragrant, and then turn off the heat to prepare for serving.

Serve and plate. Crispy and tender garlic green beans are complete! ~

This might be the simplest way to make green beans, and it's also very homely. When I eat it, I feel it's very sweet. If you don't want to eat vegetables, you can stir-fry some bacon or sausage before adding garlic and dried chili peppers, and the rest of the steps are the same.
Give it a try, Garlic Green Beans, it's pretty good! And, of course, it's best to cook your own food, wishing everyone health!
