8-Year-Old Kitchen | One-Person Family BBQ | How Long Has It Been Since You Last Ate BBQ?

Long time no see! Summer 8 years old is back! Hugs and hugs and lifting high high!

(Mainly because of impending unemployment..., another opportunity to share delicious food, is it joy or sadness)

However, this period was spent accumulating some dishes I wanted to make and delicious restaurants I ate before the Spring Festival. I'll be sharing them with you all gradually!

The first step is to make dipping sauce 1 – Garlic Sauce. Add onions, star anise, dried chili peppers, (small chili peppers), eight-cornered pouch () into oil just enough to cover the ingredients. Summer 8 years old used a secret weapon brought back from Quanzhou –Pearl Onion() – you can find it in supermarkets, but the name is actually red onion. You might find dried ones in the local market, which is very fragrant. Now, we can only fry them.

Absolutely small fire! Small fire! Small fire!

Fry until they are all golden and glistening, then scoop them out. Pour in the garlic (garlic – minced garlic) into the pot and continue to fry over low heat until transparent. Turn off the heat and add a little salt, a little sugar (notice the 'point' – twice the amount of salt), and a little bit of fragrant oil.

Why make dipping sauce 1 first, because while frying the spices, we can prepare the ingredients. After all, it's a large-scale operation.

Summer 8 years old only prepared some ingredients that I wanted to eat, roughly making 4 flavors of barbecue.

Smoked sausages and eggplants were cut into slices, shiitake mushrooms were sliced, seafood mushrooms and cabbage were diced...

Dipping sauce 2 – Smoked sausages and cabbage should be used with Summer 8 years old's beloved campus entrance barbecue sesame paste! True sesame paste! Add more!

The ingredients are: light soy sauce, oyster sauce, white sugar, cumin, salt, pepper, five-spice powder, chili powder... (Just add whatever you have) Sesame – the more you add, the better it looks! Of course, it tastes better too! Summer 8 years old bought roasted sesame, to avoid the need to roast it, and it's also very fragrant.

Eggplants want to use the above garlic sauce, shiitake mushrooms salt roast, seafood mushrooms butter roast, of course! Except for the seafood mushrooms, other food needs to be oiled, above oiled,!

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees for 10 minutes, put the baking tray and food into it to roast for 20 minutes.

The garlic sauce is quite crispy (guo)(If it's still soft, you can roast it together). Put it on the eggplant and add the fried onion and pearl onion slices to the cabbage and smoked sausages. Sprinkle salt on shiitake mushrooms, and roast for 5 more minutes – okay! (Okay!)

Dingding! Let's eat! Barbecue with Coke, doubled the speed of falling.

The cabbage is cut quite finely, Summer 8 years old likes it soft!

Cabbage is really magical, barbecue and fried skewers are both very delicious, it has a special aroma.

Summer 8 years old's garlic sauce is very successful, it's crispy!

Small eggplants are firmer than long eggplants, so they taste not sticky.

Seafood mushrooms smell fragrant when roasted in butter – should add more black pepper.

The plate tilted slightly, and the sauce spilled over.

Shiitake mushrooms are really delicious, just add a little salt, fresh!

Look at the smoked sausage up close, can't you resist!!! It tastes as delicious as it looks.

Taste the cabbage, it's crisp and crunchy.

Below is a three-shot of chubby, greedy photo...
