No-Cook Pancakes: My Son Became Addicted to Them - 5 Minutes on the Stove, No Sugar, No Oil, Sweet and Healthy
Over the recent period, I've been staying at home, and for ordinary people, managing your own little home and avoiding trouble for others is the best thing to do. Meals a day can't be missed, and besides the main meals, you can also make some healthy snacks at home. Yesterday I wrote an article about bananas, which included my son's recent favorite banana pancakes, he's been constantly asking for them, and a friend also liked it. The most important thing is that the recipe is super simple, it takes just 5 minutes on the stove to bake, it's fluffy and soft, and it doesn't contain sugar but is still sweet and healthy.

I used to make banana pancakes when I had time, but not as frequently. Let me be honest, because there are no additives and no sugar, it's much healthier than buying cakes and other snacks. I know exactly what ingredients I'm putting into them, and my family enjoys eating them as snacks or afternoon tea, without any burden on their bodies.
During the process, I don't use yeast powder or baking powder, just bananas, milk, and eggs – the natural flavor of the ingredients makes the pancakes very fluffy and soft, which my child likes and I'm happy to make. If you have children at home, it's perfect! You don't need to add sugar, the bananas themselves are already sweet. If you prefer a stronger flavor, you can add a little sugar, because sweet food can make people feel happier. During this long time at home, adults are starting to feel bored, let alone children. Now I'm going to share the detailed recipe below, everyone should try it, it's really delicious.

—Banana Pancakes—
Low-gluten flour 80g, Bananas 100g, Eggs 2, Pure milk 75g
1Prepare all the ingredients, I chose small bananas, if they're larger, use half.

2Put the bananas in a bowl and press them into a puree with a fork or spoon, as bananas are soft and easy to mash, two eggs are beaten into them, then pour in pure milk.

3Beat with a whisk or use chopsticks to stir until fully integrated.
4Add low-gluten flour in small amounts and stir well with chopsticks, then let it stand for 5-10 minutes before stirring again to make a smooth, grain-free state.

5Place a non-stick skillet on the stove, heat over low heat, then pour a spoonful of batter into the pan, try to make it round, when bubbles appear on the bottom, it's ready to flip.

6Flip it over when the other side is golden yellow, the pancake is quite thin, as long as the initial preparation is done well, the baking process takes only two or three minutes to make one.

It's especially soft and delicious, and also nutritious and healthy. It goes well with yogurt, jam, and honey. If you want to eat it simply, my child eats it directly, one by one, it's more fragrant than buying it. To make it look good for a photo, I drizzled some honey and added some fruit. I originally wanted to add strawberries, but I didn't have any at hand, so I cut a few fruits from the fruits at home and it tastes very delicious and looks beautiful, no sugar and no oil, it's sweet and healthy.
①Don't rush when baking pancakes, always use low heat, or they will easily burn.
②If you don't have a non-stick skillet, brush a thin layer of oil when using a regular skillet to prevent sticking.
