3 eggs / 30g corn oil / 30g milk / 1g salt/
50g fine sugar / 50 low-gluten flour / 3g lemon juice/

100g pure milk / 20g corn syrup/
50g glutinous rice flour / 17g corn oil/
Other Ingredients:
6 salted egg yolks / appropriate amount of salad dressing / appropriate amount of seaweed meat crumbs/
Production Steps
Cake Flour Production
1. Separate egg whites and egg yolks;
2. Add corn oil to the egg yolk bowl and mix well;
3. Add milk and mix well;
4. Sift low-gluten flour into the egg yolk paste and mix well (use three left and three right stirring method until you can't see dry powder);
