Method: 1. Cut the inner-mold tofu into small pieces, chop scallions and ginger. 2. Heat peanut oil in a pan, sauté scallions, ginger, and Sichuan Doubanjiang until the oil turns red. Add the tofu and 1 spoon of soy sauce, plus a little water. 3. Stir-fry evenly for about 2 minutes until the tofu is slightly cooked, then transfer to a serving dish.

The ingredients for Tomato and Egg are: Tomatoes, Eggs, Scallions, Peanut Oil, and Salt.

Method: 1. Wash and chop the tomatoes into pieces, and whisk the eggs. Chop scallions and set aside. 2. Heat peanut oil in a pan, pour in the egg liquid and stir-fry into egg cubes. Add the tomatoes and sauté until softened, then cook over low heat. 3. When the tomatoes are cooked and there is a soup, add salt to season and serve.

The ingredients for Fried Peanuts are: Peanuts, Peanut Oil, Salt, or Sugar.
