Love to Eat Tofu Skin? You Must Try This Home-Cooked Dish!

Many people love to eat tofu skin, including me, I love the fragrant and tender texture of tofu skin. Tofu skin is especially delicious when blanched for hot pot or stir-fried. Today I used tofu skin to make stir-fried tofu skin with green peppers and pork. This is a pretty common home-cooked dish that even kitchen newbies can easily make. If you enjoy tofu skin, you should definitely try this if you haven't already, because my husband says it's really delicious, and he can eat a whole plate!

I chose Yunnan Shijing tofu skin for this batch. After trying many tofu skins, I feel that the texture of Shijing tofu skin is the most fragrant and best. Shijing tofu skin has a very rich and fleshy 'coriander' () , it's flavorful and tender, and has a sweet and savory taste – it's amazing! Tofu skin is rich in high-quality protein and calcium, which is beneficial for bone health and children's bone growth and development. The oligosaccharides in tofu skin can also promote intestinal peristalsis, which is beneficial for intestinal health and prevent constipation.
