Cooking tips:

1. Pineapple needs to be soaked in salt water for 5 minutes beforehand, otherwise it will taste sour and astringent. You can also cut the fruit into fruit pieces according to your own taste. If you don't like pineapple, you can also replace it with other fruits, such as many fruits, or make a composite fruit and cheese hand-pulled pancake. 2. When frying hand-pulled pancakes, don't use oil. 3. The entire process of making the pancakes should be done over low heat. Making hand-pulled pancakes requires patience. If you use a large fire, the hand-pulled pancakes are easy to dry, and the cheese is prone to uneven heating. 4. Mozzarella cheese can be bought in supermarkets, and the burst and stretch effect depend on it. It's a commonly used ingredient for making pizza.
