Beef is delicious no matter how it's made, but it's especially delicious when paired with this ingredient, and the leftover soup is particularly delicious when used to cook noodles.
I'm Xiao C! I cook dishes with rice, oil, and salt, accompanying you through three meals and four seasons.

Since I came back home, I haven't had a proper meal. Before, I used to eat beef sporadically, either stir-fried beef, braised beef with tomatoes and potatoes, or beef brisket with tripe. The sausages I brought back from my hometown have also been almost finished, and I've bought some pork, such as pork chops and pork belly recently. My fridge is now full of food. I've been craving braised beef lately, and I don't want to go out, so I ordered some beef brisket online, planning to make braised beef at home to satisfy my cravings.

There are many ways to make beef, and it's delicious no matter how you make it. Previously, I used to make beef with potatoes and white radish, braising them together, but this time I want to use the soup from making beef, and I plan to use it to cook noodles the next day, so I decided to make carrot braised beef. I didn't used to like carrots because I thought their taste was strange and I didn't like them. Now, I mostly cook spicy dishes, and only when the flavor is strong can I eat them.
Carrot braised beef is simple to make, and the leftover meat and carrots, along with the remaining soup, are especially delicious when cooked into noodles the next day.

Adding green peppers makes the taste richer. The beef brisket and carrots are cooked very soft and tender, so they won't be chewy, and the beef is fragrant and spicy. Carrots are best eaten when they are tender, and cooking carrots doesn't need vinegar because vinegar will destroy the vitamins in the carrots. Carrots are widely recognized as nutritious, and many parents want their children to eat more carrots to increase their vitamins and nutrients, so that children can grow up healthy. However, many children don't like to eat carrots because of their taste. Try different cooking methods to improve the taste, which will make children and adults enjoy eating it more.
