Hong Fu Yak Meat Palm
Unlike typical yak palm dishes, this dish first braises the yak palms, then cuts them into chunks and braises them with oyster mushrooms to make a dish.
Ingredients: 1000g braised yak palms, 300g oyster mushrooms, 30g chopped green onion, 20g chopped shallots, rice, MSG, chili bean paste, chili pepper flakes, salt, chicken broth, cornstarch, fragrant oil, Sichuan peppercorn oil, salad oil, all to taste
Instructions: 1. Cut the braised yak palms into chunks. First, carve a cross on the oyster mushrooms, then cut them into diamond-shaped pieces and fry lightly in oil before draining off the excess oil. 2. Heat oil in a clean wok, add chili bean paste, chili pepper flakes, ginger and shallots, and stir-fry until fragrant. Add chicken broth to extract flavor, then strain out the residue. Add the yak palm chunks and oyster mushroom pieces, season with salt, chicken broth, MSG, and cook until tender. Use cornstarch to thicken the sauce, and finally, sprinkle with chopped green onion and chopped bell pepper, drizzle with fragrant oil and Sichuan peppercorn oil to serve.
