Dried lotus seeds 50g

Red dates 3 pieces

Wolfberries 10 pieces

Rock sugar 30g

Water 900g

This small package of silver ear shreds (6g) can make 2-3 bowls of sweet dessert, enough for 3 people.

Step 1

Soak lotus seeds for about 1 hour beforehand. If there are cores, remove the core before soaking, as the core is bitter.

Step 2

Silver ears are already shredded.

Step 3

Pour the soaked lotus seeds and silver ears into a clay pot, add 800-1000g of water, and add the red dates as well. (Usually, 1g of silver ear needs 100g of water, and if you add other ingredients, increase the water volume appropriately).

Step 4

Turn on medium-high heat and bring to a boil.

Step 5

After boiling, reduce the heat to medium-low and cook for about 14 minutes, stirring frequently to prevent boiling over.

Step 6

In the last 2-3 minutes, add a few wolfberries and add the appropriate amount of rock sugar to adjust the sweetness according to your preference.


Step 7
