Operation Steps

First, peel and cut the onion in half, then cut it into fine shreds.

Second, pour the eggs into a container, add 1 gram of salt to enhance the base flavor, 1 gram of pepper powder to increase the aroma, and add a little water, stir until evenly mixed. This way the eggs will be more tender and delicious, and appear more.
