Ingredients List
2 Chicken Thighs (boneless, skinless)
8 Shiitake Mushrooms
Several Chinese Flowering Crab Apples (Chai Cai)
Salt, to taste
Black Pepper, a pinch
Olive Oil, a pinch
Cooking Steps

Step 1
Cut the oven paper into long elliptical shapes, large enough to enclose the chicken, vegetables, etc. Place the chicken thighs inside, season with salt and pepper, press down, and spread the vegetables evenly. You can also add a little light soy sauce to enhance the flavor.

Step 2
Fold up the edges from the sides one by one, just like folding scallion pancakes.

Seal the last edge

Place in a preheated oven at 175°C (350°F) for about 15 minutes. The shape will rise as it bakes, so take it out and let it cool down for a while before serving.
