How to Make Liquor Peanut Snacks – Easy to Eat as a Snack or with Dishes

Ingredients: Peanuts 350g, Vegetable Oil 6 tablespoons, Red Dry Chili 1 bunch, Sichuan Peppercorns 2 tablespoons, Ginger Slice 1 piece, Chili Powder 1 teaspoon, Sichuan Peppercorn Powder 1/3 teaspoon, Salt 1 teaspoon, White Sugar 1 teaspoon
Steps:
1. 1 bunch of red dry chili, 2 tablespoons of Sichuan peppercorns and ginger slice into a pot, add appropriate amount of water and boil over medium heat for 10 minutes.
2. Filter out the hot and add peanuts for soaking for 2 hours.
3. Peel the peanuts, absorb moisture and freeze in the refrigerator for one night.
4. Peanuts do not need to be thawed, directly cold-pot cold-oil fry to golden brown after removing and draining.
5. Take another pot and add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, a little cut red chili circles, and 1 tablespoon of Sichuan peppercorns into a small heat, stir-fry fragrant, add peanuts to stir-fry and turn off the heat.
6. Add chili powder, Sichuan peppercorn powder, salt and white sugar and mix well.
