The Most Popular Grilled Sausages at School Entrance, It Was Made Like This, So Delicious!
When talking about the happiest thing during school days, it was always the abundance of snacks lined up at the school entrance: Kanshou stew, grilled sausages, fried dough sticks, egg burgers, hand-pulled noodles, candied haws, stinky tofu, shredded vegetable pancakes…

Among all these snacks, my favorite was definitely the grilled sausages with a slightly charred and extra crispy texture! Although I can still find sausage stalls now, they're not as convenient as before, so I can only eat them when I want to. Therefore! Today, I'm preparing a homemade version of grilled sausages, so you can enjoy healthy and delicious grilled sausages without leaving your home.

First, let's prepare the ingredients: thin-sliced ham, tomato sauce, cumin, salt, pepper, chili powder, and white sugar.
We'll first insert bamboo skewers into the ham from the middle, then heat up the pan and add oil. Once the oil is hot, put the ham in to fry for two minutes until it's cooked through!

Next, let's prepare the sauce: put 2 tablespoons of salt into a dish, 1 tablespoon of chili powder, 1 tablespoon of cumin, 1 tablespoon of white sugar, and pour in a bit of tomato sauce, then drizzle with hot oil and stir evenly.

Finally, brush the sauce onto the fried ham. Let's eat!
