I'm from Hebei, my husband is from Northeast China. After getting married, we lived in Northeast China for a while. However, eating barbecue is always a little worrying about hygiene and health, so even if it's delicious, I don't eat it much. During a chat, my mother-in-law told me that I liked eating stone eggs but didn't want to eat barbecue, so she gave me a surprise, and I learned that stone eggs also have another way of making them, which is to stir-fry them. The method is convenient and the ingredients are simple, but it doesn't affect the deliciousness. Operation steps:

1Beat 7 eggs in a basin for later use.

2Pour 3 grams of alkaline powder into a bowl and add a little warm water to dissolve, then stir until smooth.

5Put the eggs in cold water and steam over low heat for 20 minutes.

7After 20 minutes, take out the steamed eggs that have solidified, put them in cold water to cool down. (At this time, the eggs have turned green).

8Then cut the eggs into small squares with a knife.


9Heat oil in a pan, add oil and stir-fry the egg pieces until they change color.

10Add the prepared seasonings and stir-fry for 30 seconds before serving.
