Make Bread at Home Yourself, No Oven Required, Fluffy, Soft, Chewy, and Super Delicious
Approximately 6000 years ago, the ancient Egyptians invented bread, and with the passage of time, the varieties and types of bread increased, as did the methods of making bread, but most are now made using ovens.

First, take 400g of high-gluten flour, add 4g of yeast, 40g of white sugar, and beat in 2 eggs, mixing evenly.

Use 150g of warm milk and knead into a smooth dough by adding it in stages.

After kneading the dough, we add 30g of butter, which can be replaced with salad oil if you don't have butter, and continue to knead until smooth. Then cover with plastic wrap and let it rise for 30 minutes.
After the dough has risen, take it out and knead on a flat surface to release air, then cut into evenly sized dough pieces, and then roll all the dough pieces into spherical shapes. Next, flatten, roll out into a long strip shape.

Sprinkle some raisins on top, then roll them up, and finally cut them in half with a knife.

Take the inner pot of an electric rice cooker and brush a layer of salad oil inside, place the bread inside, cover with plastic wrap for a second rise.

After the second rise is complete, brush a layer of egg liquid on the surface and sprinkle some black sesame seeds.

Cover with heat-resistant plastic wrap, place on a steamer (such as a rice steamer) and set the fire to high (use a home rice steamer), after boiling, turn the heat down and steam for 45 minutes.

A fluffy, soft, stretchy, and delicious bread is ready. Do you want to try it?
