Two tomatoes, 120g White Jade Mushrooms, two pieces of tofu, a little salt, a little fragrant oil, garlic to taste

3. Blanch and cut the tofu into small pieces

4. Heat oil in a pan, add chopped garlic to fry, then add the White Jade Mushrooms and stir-fry until softened, then put it in a bowl for later use

5. Heat oil in the pan, pour in the tomatoes and stir-fry until the tomatoes release their juice
