Raisin Tart

Raisin Tart
Today in Hangzhou, the weather is turning cold, with a damp afternoon. It's best to have a hot drink and a small snack. Cuddle up on the sofa and watch a drama. Today, Dong Xiaochui introduces a common snack – Raisin Tart. Compared to other desserts, it's relatively simple to make and the ingredients are also easier to prepare. Raisin Tart has a crispy, soft and sweet taste, and it's loved by both the elderly and children. The making process takes about 1 hour.

9. Preheat the oven for 5 minutes at 180 degrees, and bake for 15 to 18 minutes. The main time depends on your oven. Today, Dong Xiaochui's first batch took a little longer, and the surface was slightly overbaked.

This simplified version of raisin tart is very fragrant because it contains egg yolk and cheese powder, and the butter is beaten to a very crispy and fluffy state. The raisins make the whole pastry have a unique flavor. Overall, it's delicious! If you like it, girls, come and try it!
