I. Prepare Ingredients

1 Silken Tofu, Eggs, Ham, Shiitake Mushrooms, Black Fungus (Wood Ear Mushrooms), Carrots, Green Onions.

2 Salt, Chicken Powder (Chicken Broth), Pepper, Cooking Oil, Vinegar, Starch.



II. Specific Production Process

1 Cut ham and carrots into fine mince, shiitake mushrooms and black fungus into small pieces, green onions into chopped green onions.


2 Cut the silken tofu into small cubes.


3 Use a wok directly, add a little cooking oil, stir-fry the ham, carrots, shiitake mushrooms, and black fungus until fragrant, then add an appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil.

4 Add the cut tofu, season with salt and pepper.




5 Use starch mixed with water to create a slurry, once the water boils, pour it into the pot and stir continuously with a spoon in one direction, reduce the heat and cook until the sauce thickens, then pour in the beaten eggs and stir vigorously with a chopstick in one direction, immediately turn off the heat.





6 Add chicken powder and a few drops of vinegar, gently stir in.
